had a mot done, they done in around 90m, any other time tried to get my car repaired under warranty, it took weeks to get a appoinment. and repairs not done, even after they had car for a week at one point.
People are helpful and curtious
Service was I think expensive, also needed rear discs & pads which I expected though after an £850 bill I would have expected the car to have been cleaned as part of the service & also been given the option of a courtesy car or pick up when booking
From dropping the car off at the given time to receiving a phone call saying it was ready for collection was smooth and efficient.
Westerly made everything easy from the time I booked my car in for a service to the moment I collected it on the same day after servicing. The car was washed and vacuumed and returned promptly. I was surprised with the competitive servicing costs.
I HAD A BROKEN FRONT FOG LIGHT, I BROUGHT THE CAR TO WESTERLY A WEEK BEFORE IT WAS DUE IT'S BRAKE FLUID SERVICE FOR SOMEONE TO LOOK AT. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE, THEREFORE THE PART WASN'T ORDERED AND THE WORK NOT CARRIED OUT WHEN IT CAME IN FOR THE SERV.
On receiving my loan car I was given keys and left to myself to drive off. I would have appreciated some guidence as I car was new to me and I couldn't work out a few things like starting the engine !! (Mini Countryman) . Eventually I managed !!!!

Left waiting for over 10 minutes just to drop my car off for service that was booked in as no staff available.
Managed to get the price down to £650 fitted as not all parts were damaged on the wing mirror.
Ok great full for the urgent help but cost of work was a surprise. Particlary when a friend with a BMW had the same work done a few months back elsewhere for less than 50 percent of what I was billed

I got my car back from Westerly Barnstaple, paid my £200 bill for no faults to be found when my rear suspension was completely worn out. I had to go to an independent workshop to get the help I needed.
Same as above. Completely satisfied. This time they picked up my car because I wasn't able to get it to the garage and returned it later

the dealer responded to my need to get our car back by a certain time in a very positive way.
There seemed to be a big hold up when the car was with you. No communication from BMW only from Devonshire. I asked for certain updates to be done at the same time as they were due but no one has advised me if they have been done.
Very poor telephone service. Could not get directly through to servicing department and receptionist had to physically walk to service department to get a response. Often I was told that no one was available and that someone would ring back

The service dept always seems rushed with little time to interact. I am still waiting for a service plan quote although this was requested at the time of booking the service/MOT. It was supposed to be ready and available to discuss when the car was b

I took my car in for service it took nearly 1 hour to book it in. The service not completed as they had to order a part. When I took it back in service was much better and luckily they had a loan car for me to use as they had forgotten to book one
the work was carried out in a timely manner but no explanation of why over tightened track rod ends means they need replacing
Claire kept me informed throughout the whole process.

They were unfailingly helpful and understanding of the situation I found myself in. Repaired the car quickly and returned it quickly. I appreciated the maintenance survey that they did too.
