Amazingly, during my vehicle healthcheck, both my tyres and brakes had better tread and wear that 2 months previously!!I did make a special return with appropriate paperwork so that the Service Manager could investigate this.

The recall work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. While you had my car in your workshop you did a health check which included topping up the windscreen washer bottle. When I arrived home water was pouring out from below the headlight.

At least it was ready at the time I requested - but when I arrived no-one seemed to know or care at first, and they told me they were inundated with work bla bla etc. Not what you expect from a premium brand!

I took my car in as there was. noise, I was told it needed a new cooler, took my car to a local garage and the cooler was checked and ok but the wheel brings needed replacing, BMW had not picked this up at all

had a mot done, they done in around 90m, any other time tried to get my car repaired under warranty, it took weeks to get a appoinment. and repairs not done, even after they had car for a week at one point.

Service was I think expensive, also needed rear discs & pads which I expected though after an £850 bill I would have expected the car to have been cleaned as part of the service & also been given the option of a courtesy car or pick up when booking
