I brought my vehicle in for a 're-call', but it was not fixed on the day, it was just to see what needed doing. This could have been made clear prior to my bring the car in, I WAS EXPECTING ONE VISIT AND FIXED

Took almost 4 months to get my two corroded front wheels replaced under warranty car is now 18 months old with 7000 miles very disappointing calls weren't returned only my perseverance prevailed. I still had to pay £125 towards the wheel replacement

I would have given top marks but unfortunately the car was not collected on the day I had booked due to a shortage of drivers. I had booked over a month in advance because I wanted a specific day. I had to rearrange my appointments at short notice

the level of service I received on collection was poor, the car had not been cleaned inside or out as I requested and which is part of my service package. Why do you let cars be returned to customers without being cleaned after stating it would be!!!
