When my car had its service they picked me up took me to hospital then service my car then picked me up so I could drive home
The only reason I can not say that I was completely satisfied is the delay in returning my car. The repair time overran, as this fed into the bank holiday it was two days before completion. A courtesy car was given at the first sign, so that helped.
Friendly polite and efficient service

There is a continual rubbing sound coming from the nearside of the car whilst travelling at slow speed. Your mechanic failed to hear it, even though it is clearly audible. When I collected the car the interior was dirty. Not impressed!
Claire on Service answered my initial enquiry about warranty period, reminded me that I now required MOT. Set the appointment then revised the time because if bad weather. The work was completed and car ready for pick up when garage said it would be
From telephoning the office to collecting my car, the whole experience was dealt with in a totally professional and caring manner. A loan car was very much appreciated and I could continue my daily routine without any concerns as to my safety.
We dropped our vehicle off to the garage at 11.30 and returned at 3pm ish. on arrival back we were told that there had been a slight delay and it should hopefully take another 20 - 30 mins, we left the garage at 5pm.
Cant fault new wipers and a check up for under £15
Can't fault the service and wash and clean. It was back to showroom appearance. Very proud to drive it away with confidence it was mechanically up to scratch.
Aside from it is not the easiest to get a response, especially if you ask for a ring back. When I eventually collected my car I was told there was a nail in my rear tyre. They had had the car for two days and never even mentioned it or investigated.
I find the customer service at westerley Barnstaple is pretty terrible with the servicing staff. Always look miserable and not friendly or welcoming to customers. Also didnt bother to contact me to tell me my vehicle was ready to go.
First visit to the dealership without an appointment as a result of a warning message displayed while 270 miles away from home. The problem was diagnosed and rectified the same day and my car had been cleaned before I collected it over the weekend.
My issue was solved while I waited.
For the reasons given above as I wasted time and petrol by coming in at a time that they obviously couldnt do. Its frustrating they hadnt communicated with one another and realised it might be a problem fitting it in.
