We have no idea if the service was actually done - (a) because we have no paperwork saying what was done and (b) because the computer says that nothing was done and that the service is still due.
No issues this year. Dealer forgot to service last year when doing mot and had to rebook.
Very happy as car was valeted and had assurances from staff that if issue appeared again they would change the whole unit.
Work done while we waited and had a cup of coffee.
Never disappointed! Needed Service and MOT - dropped off the car, picked it up at the designated time - perfect! And good value!
You can't see what has been done having a service but the car was returned spotlessly clean which was very welcomed.
They performed my mot. They completed the work in a reasonable time and had the car ready and cleaned on my arrival.
when i had my retest it passed but came out with advisery that the rear tyre would need changing soon, i pointed out that i had both rear tyres changed 2 days before and they hadnt checked there paper work they just reprinted without checking

Would have been five star, but wrong seat elite map fitted (east rather than west Europe.
The letter for my visit said it would take 2 hours to complete, it took longer than 2 hours before I could collect my car. I had other things to do so it didn't really matter.
I was received with friendly courtesy, all was explained very clearly, work completed to my entire satisfaction. What`s not to like!!
Polite and efficient
Problem not resolved, despite being told by two members of service staff that problem was fixed on two separate occasions. I am a motability user and this has caused expense and major inconvenience
Between fairly and very because the fantastic price of an MOT, no advisories :-) and vehicle check, was let down by a poor basic valet. Inside windscreen and rear seat both left untouched despite being ticked on the checklist. It was late on a Friday

Courtesy calls before hand, work took only a little longer than they said it would. No valet, but then it was a Saturday and I have been promised one on 24th Apr when I next attend.
The service they give is over and above and they really do have good customer relations

No complaints except that my booking was for10 am then it was changed to 8am not so convenient for me.

I was pleased that on this visit people were very helpful, especially given my previous concerns. However I did need some new parts under warranty, after a week and a half I had to ring to find out what was happening.
Car in recently for a recall. Letter said it would take 90mins. On dropping car off at 10am told it would not be ready until late afternoon. Rang mid afternoon needing car and told someone would ring back. 1 hour later no call back. Had to chase.
MOT carried out in a timely manner and also managed to fit in a brake fluid change without having to arrange another appointment.
Had to wait at an empty reception desk on arrival for what seemed like a long time even though I arrived just in advance of booked appointment. Was given all the reasons why they could not do what I wanted done.
Very good showroom experience for this service. Welcoming and helpful staff and comfortable surroundings whilst waiting. The only demerit was there were no magazines or periodicals in the waiting area.

Second time car has been in for something where clean and valet has been part of the service and the car has come back substandard.
annual anniversary check===told it would be 1 hour--- it took over 3 hours...car clean imnside and out was promised on the invite it came back worse that when it went in. had to be done twice and still not clean. staff are aware of my dissapoint
Not only to they understand their customers and work towards the provision of the car they desire the after-sales is where they shine as opposed to many others
Had to wait an hour and half after the time I was asked to be there. I did have a coffee and a look around the showroom

The service was carried out to my satisfaction and I was looked after by the BMW team while I was waiting

I was very satisfied with my recent experience, but on a number of occasions over the past 18 months I have tried to contact the service department and reception have said they would phone back and they never did, This is not acceptable.
