There seemed to be a big hold up when the car was with you. No communication from BMW only from Devonshire. I asked for certain updates to be done at the same time as they were due but no one has advised me if they have been done.

I took my car in for service it took nearly 1 hour to book it in. The service not completed as they had to order a part. When I took it back in service was much better and luckily they had a loan car for me to use as they had forgotten to book one

Whilst the staff at Barnstaple appear to be friendly and helpful, on the previous two occasions the wheels on my car have been damaged whilst at the Barnstaple dealership.

See above. Failed to find more staff when queue forming. I had to wait more than 15 minutes to be served, would have been more if I had not approached other staff. Service staff in past have been unwelcoming.

Their Service Team are very customer focused. I was contacted when the fault had been repaired allowing me to plan the rest of my day. On collection - the remedy was explained plus the results from a vehicle health check. Excellent service.

A brake sensor failed several hundred miles from home Westerly could not have been more helpful They had a full diary but managed to fit me in after having to order a part The service Manager even took us into Barnstaple to look around the town.

Although I have given a 5.0. There is one tiny issue I need to resolve with Westerly Barnstaple. The number plates will have to be replaced because they do not have GB on them which I will need for driving in Spain in January.
