My car was booked in for service on the day I requested and the service was completed without hassle.

Took almost 4 months to get my two corroded front wheels replaced under warranty car is now 18 months old with 7000 miles very disappointing calls weren't returned only my perseverance prevailed. I still had to pay £125 towards the wheel replacement
I would have given top marks but unfortunately the car was not collected on the day I had booked due to a shortage of drivers. I had booked over a month in advance because I wanted a specific day. I had to rearrange my appointments at short notice
Work carried out on time and a courtesy car provided for the duration
Difficult to get through with service department via phone, Haven`t used them for some time because of poor experience in the past, thought I would try again because of recall. At the moment don`t think I will bother again.

I always receive great customer service at Westerley. I feel the sales staff understand my needs as a consumer.
the level of service I received on collection was poor, the car had not been cleaned inside or out as I requested and which is part of my service package. Why do you let cars be returned to customers without being cleaned after stating it would be!!!

Very helpful service staff as I turned up with a problem, she explained why they would struggle to help but then managed to get my car seen later in the day, and within two hours found me a loan car to get home which was 25 miles away
Very welcoming .Efficient and the vehicle was ready when requested.
When my car had its service they picked me up took me to hospital then service my car then picked me up so I could drive home
The only reason I can not say that I was completely satisfied is the delay in returning my car. The repair time overran, as this fed into the bank holiday it was two days before completion. A courtesy car was given at the first sign, so that helped.
