Westerly several days searching for a squeak, swapping parts attempting to locate exactly where it was. This was solved to my satisfaction though they wanted to explore further as they could still hear something. All staff very helpful.

From booking in my BMW with Westerley Barnstaple I am very satisfied with the level of customer service from Clare & Laura also i thought it was a nice touch letting me know that Stephen was the technician that had worked on my BMW.

The valet attached to the service was poor. After the wash the wing mirrors still had cobwebs on them and water runs on bodywork. Looked as if it was rushed. Not a good standard valet attached to the cost of the service.

Great sorting out hire cover whilst my car was waiting to be fixed. Had to chase to get updates and took a while to get my car back, but it does seem fixed now so that's good news.

No goodwill offered despite asking for this due to previous clockspring failures in other BMW cars i have owned. Car "washed" with a dirty cloth and not done in a satisfactory way

Whilst the service team were very helpful - it appears that the back up team - the service technicians - have not operated to an acceptable standard. I would not have purchased a service package if I had know this was going to happen.
