As always staff competent and courteous notably Kingsley Jefferies, Service Manager, who collects my car on his way to work and returns it on his way home or sends someone to make the switch. Invaluable service wqhile we are shielding during lockdown

This time I was given a car so I was happy but I did not get told anything about the car it was a bigger car than I was used to but I managed to sort it out and it was lovely to drive but too big for me not a criticism I'm thinking as a future car.

As in everything nothing ever runs completely perfectly.Not possible in this complex world of ours.What's important is how the company concerned deals with the issues raised. I had a couple of teething problems which have now been resolved. All good.
