Second time car has been in for something where clean and valet has been part of the service and the car has come back substandard.

Had to wait an hour and half after the time I was asked to be there. I did have a coffee and a look around the showroom

annual anniversary check===told it would be 1 hour--- it took over 3 hours...car clean imnside and out was promised on the invite it came back worse that when it went in. had to be done twice and still not clean. staff are aware of my dissapoint

At Westerley they understood my predicament, living in a rural and isolated area, as well as caring for a relative. They accommodated me for a check on a brake problem as a matter of urgency and then booked a service and repair within a few days.

My vehicle needed a repair which was to replace a faulty EGR valve.After the car was returned to me during Christmas the symptoms returned and the vehicle needed to be recovered, the corrective action was it then required a software update
