I needed my car to have Isofix fittings reworked as advised by a recall letter which you sent me. You can't do it but you didn't inform. It's too long to explain as I will shortly run out of the number of characters you allow me in order to explain.

All of the staff at Westerly BMW are polite and welcoming. Having only visited once before I was particularly impressed to be welcomed by name when I entered by a staff member who didn’t have a direct role in my visit making me feel expected.

Warranty work to solve water ingress (blocked/undersize drain hole) was speedily done, but only on side the water entered. With winter on its way, and vehicle in workshop, drain holes on both sides should have been done to prevent future problems.

On this occasion, a service was needed - efficient and good - as scheduled! There was a potential problem, of which I was made aware and very well advised as to the best course of action, which was then carried out swiftly and most satisfactorily!

The MOT and consequent service was to a very high standard. The staff were most welcoming and coffee was much appreciated. A replacement vehicle was given for 24 hours was as expected.
