Vehicle was booked in for the afternoon for warranty repair and intended to go into town shopping. We were given a lift into town and offered a lift back when we had finished shopping if we rang.

Car went in for an MOT and was not returned for over two weeks. Part required had to be back ordered. A fault I had mentioned had not been repaired. Car was washed on day it went in and was given back to me dirty.

I ordered a engine oil service on-line as thats what my computer said was required @ cost of 204.88. I entered the milage and the reg of the car. When I went to pick up the car I was told that the price was £334.82. (No notification of cost increase)

I had been informed that I would be texted when my vehicle was ready. I eventually rang up at about 17.20 to ask if it was ready, and it was. A text was subsequently sent. Parts now have to come from Germany to complete the fault

I had to wait five weeks for the parts to arrive. I declined a vehicle wash as it was fairly clean. It was a shame that black marks (grease?) were left on the back bumper (white car). A few years ago the quality of workmanship was much better

Given incorrect information regarding a nail in the tyre. Wrong side on report, told it was safe to drive when it was dangerous to drive. Told it could be easily repaired when the tyre company said it was not possible.

I haven't been into Westerley for a year! This should have gone to my wife. Graded neutral because I don't think the survey should have been sent to me. My wife and I are not the same person. She was a Consultant Obstetrician and buys her own cars.
