when the service was booked I was told that X,Y and Z would happen and that's exactly what happened. The whole thing was very straight forward and everything was explained fully.

I reported twice that I had a warning light come up about the hand brake But they kept saying that they knew nothing about it Seems strange as it comes on when you turn the engine on which they would have to do to move car

Had car for 7 hrs when I returned to garage they hadn't even started a simple oil change and filter. Finally left the garage 2 hrs later at 18:15 just as they were locking up

The only downside was the automated check in device from which I was unable to retrive my keys when I realised that I had left my phon in the car!

Extremely, everyone is very attentive. Thanks for the Latte, it was amazing! I was also very pleased with how shiny and clean my car was when I got it back, that's a really nice touch.

Where able to undertake additional work as well as the initial service. Loan car was extended in order for them to complete the additional work. Adam, who dealt with me was polite and went out of his way to help me.

My fault couldnt be identified or dealt with in a day and to communicate with an individual in Newcastle seems pointless. It used to be an easy experience its mow hard work.

Same as above, staff listened to our requests & were very helpful with the vehicle health check, Adam called to discuss all options & although we maintain our own vehicle he was still happy to talk through the issues with us so we know what's to sort

Poor EGR recall servicing led to loss of work, oil damage to driveway, tyre damage from recovery from home to BMW, subsequent poor customer service, no report on damage nor work done, verbal assurances only, and oily residue on paintwork not cleaned.

Service booking time was not met. My wife waited for 6 hours on a waiting appointment which should have taken 90 minute's. What made it worse was when I phone to ask about how long it would been, I was lied to and my wife

Servicing the mini is ok. When we've had our bmw ( which we ended up buying in Yorkshire) it has taken several attempts to get through to the service department

Even after receiving two health check videos saying suspension is in good condition I drove car out of car park and there was a very bad rattle from rear suspension so had to give car back again.
